Giovanni Serebro is a seasoned leader whose career spans finance, operations, and organizational strategy. Before co-founding Serebro Health, he spent over a decade in the Canadian Armed Forces, progressing from a hands-on technical trade to senior financial management roles. During that time, he oversaw multi-million-dollar budgets, guided teams across Canada, and developed expertise in planning, compliance, and strategic resource allocation.
In addition to his military career, Giovanni built a strong foundation in business and finance. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Minor in Legal Studies, and has worked extensively in accounting, advisory, and consulting. His blend of analytical precision and systems thinking allows him to design structures that help organizations thrive.
At Serebro Health, Giovanni brings this depth of experience to his role as CEO. He focuses on ensuring the clinic’s operations, technology, and strategy are aligned to provide stability for therapists and clients alike. His leadership emphasizes sustainability, innovation, and long-term growth, creating an environment where mental health professionals can focus fully on care.
