ADHD Resources

Some people choose to explore private assessments as a way to access support more quickly and with shorter wait times. One option is The Adult ADHD Centre , led by Dr. Parhar, who has over seven years of experience and has supported more than 12,000 Canadians. This center offers the most affordable private testing we’ve found at a flat rate of $300, with trained Nurse Practitioners available across Canada to complete assessments in your area. Get more info here.

Frida is a virtual clinic catering to adults in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario who are looking for ADHD diagnostic assessments and treatment. During your 75-minute consultation appointment, you’ll interact with their clinical team consisting of nurse practitioners and registered nurses. These teams receive support from doctors and a psychiatrist. The cost for ADHD testing is $599. Find out more here.
