How it works
Getting your EAP up and running is straightforward. Here's what the process looks like from first contact to a live program.
Request a proposal
Tell us about your organization: employee count, industry, and what you're looking for. We'll put together a custom proposal with the right tier and pricing for your team.
Review and sign
We walk you through the proposal together, answer your questions, and finalize the agreement. Setup is handled on our end, no heavy lifting required from your HR team.
Launch and communicate
We provide an employee communication package so your team knows what's available, how to access it, and that it's completely confidential. Sessions can begin immediately upon launch.
Ongoing support and reporting
Your team accesses support as needed throughout the year. You receive aggregate utilization reporting so you can see the program is being used, without any individual employee data ever being shared.
