The work behind the work. Finally, a space for it.
A small, virtual co-working group for therapists who want to clear the backlog, find their focus, and not do it alone. Hosted by Registered Psychotherapists. Open to all regulated and qualifying practitioners.
This isn't a webinar. It's not supervision.
The Therapist Catch-Up Group is a small, virtual co-working space designed specifically for therapists who want to finally get on top of the work behind the work. Each session brings together a group of fellow practitioners to focus, connect, and make real progress, together.
"You spend your days holding space for everyone else. Your notes, your admin, your professional development? They end up in the margins."
It's a calm, structured two hours where you show up, do your actual work, and don't feel alone doing it. Nothing shared in the group constitutes clinical supervision or therapy. Think of it as a structured work session with colleagues who get it.

What happens in every session
Every session is hosted by one of our Registered Psychotherapists and follows the same structure so you always know what to expect.
A warm intention check-in to set your focus, a short practical clinical or professional tip you can use right away, and a brief grounding practice to help you transition into deep work.
Uninterrupted time to work on your notes, admin, emails, or training at your own pace. No agenda, no pressure, just you and your to-do list.
Reflect on what you accomplished and connect briefly with the group before you go. Small wins count.

Meet the team
Sessions rotate between three experienced practitioners from the Serebro Health team.

Alisa Serebro
Alisa founded Serebro Health after years in private practice and knows firsthand what it feels like to carry a full caseload while your admin piles up after hours. She built the Therapist Catch-Up Group (TCUG) because she needed it herself, and suspected she wasn't alone.

Common Questions
Any registered or qualifying therapist, counsellor, or psychotherapist who is carrying a backlog of notes, admin, or professional development and wants a little structure and company to help get it done. You don't need to be behind to benefit, many members use the group as a regular professional routine.
Neither. This is a professional co-working and community space. Nothing shared in the group constitutes clinical supervision or therapy. Think of it as a structured work session with colleagues who get it.
Absolutely. Many members attend twice a week. The Regular Pass is designed exactly for that, 8 sessions maps to roughly two sessions a week for a month.
Your laptop, your to-do list, and whatever you've been putting off. Notes, emails, training modules, insurance forms; anything that qualifies as the work behind the work.
We recommend having your camera on, but you're welcome to have it off if that's what helps you focus best. There's no pressure either way.
For therapists in private practice, this group may qualify as a professional development expense and could be tax deductible. We recommend speaking with your accountant to confirm based on your specific situation.
We get it - therapists know better than anyone that last-minute things come up. Please cancel at least 2 hours before your session. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours notice will count as a redeemed session.
That's completely fine. Even 45 minutes of focused work is better than none. Drop in when you can.
