Life doesn't warn us before it tests us: a deployment, a diagnosis, burnout that creeps up quietly. This session is about bending under that weight instead of breaking beneath it.
Join Alisa Serebro, Registered Psychotherapist, Clinic Director, and founder of Serebro Health, for a practical, evidence-based hour on how resilience is actually built and the tools you can use the next time life pushes back. Drawing on her work with military families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and first responders, Alisa shares real strategies for managing stress, preventing burnout, and staying grounded through hard transitions.
Two dates, same session. Come to whichever one fits your week.
Here's the ground we'll cover in the hour.
It isn't gritting your teeth and absorbing more. We'll separate the real skill from the version that just delays a collapse.
Burnout rarely announces itself. Learn the shifts in sleep, patience, and focus that show up long before the wall does.
Practical regulation strategies you can use in a parking lot, on shift, or at the kitchen table, not just in a therapy room.
Postings, deployments, a diagnosis, a change in the family. How to keep your footing when the ground moves.
What actual recovery requires, and how to protect it when everyone still needs something from you.
You don't need any experience with therapy to attend, and you can keep your camera off the whole time.
Serving members, spouses, and the people holding the household together through deployments and relocations.
Anyone carrying the daily weight of caring for a parent, partner, or child.
People whose job is other people's worst days.
You don't need a diagnosis or a crisis to want better tools.

No. This is an educational session, not psychotherapy, assessment, or crisis support. Nothing shared in the workshop creates a therapeutic relationship. If you'd like individual support, you can book a free consultation with our team separately.
Not at all. The workshop is open to anyone, anywhere in Canada.
Only if you choose. Cameras and microphones stay off by default, and questions can be typed into the chat. The session is recorded, but only the presenter is captured. Attendees do not appear in the recording and are never audible in it.
Register anyway. The recording goes to everyone who signs up, whether or not you attend live.
Nope! The two sessions cover the same material, so pick whichever night works better.
Free to attend, and the recording comes to you either way.
This workshop is educational, not clinical care. It is not psychotherapy, assessment, diagnosis, or crisis support, and attending does not create a client relationship with Serebro Health.
