If starting tasks, keeping track of time, or carrying the mental load of daily life feels harder for you than it seems to for everyone else, you’re not lazy. Your brain just works differently.
This workshop is built around strategies that fit how your brain actually works. Join Alisa Serebro, Registered Psychotherapist and Clinic Director, for practical tools for managing time, building routines that last, reducing overwhelm, and improving focus. You’ll leave with a few simple strategies you can start using right away, whether you’ve been diagnosed or are just curious.
Two dates, same session. Come to whichever one fits your week.
Here's the ground we'll cover in the hour.
ADHD is a difference in how the brain handles attention and motivation, not a character flaw. Seeing it that way changes which tools actually help.
Why tasks stall before they begin, and small ways to get moving without waiting to feel ready.
Practical ways to make time visible, so deadlines and appointments stop sneaking up on you.
How to build structure that bends instead of collapsing the first time life gets busy.
Ways to get the running to-do list out of your head and cut down the overwhelm of keeping track of everything.
You don't need any experience with therapy to attend, and you can keep your camera off the whole time.
Whether you were diagnosed as a kid or last year, and want tools that fit how you actually work.
You don’t need a diagnosis to attend. If the description sounds familiar, you’re welcome here.
Postings, time apart, and solo stretches add to a mental load that’s already heavy.
People keeping up at work on an amount of effort nobody else sees.

Sent to everyone who registers. Only the presenter appears; attendees are never visible or audible.
No. This is an educational session, not psychotherapy, assessment, or crisis support. Nothing shared in the workshop creates a therapeutic relationship. If you'd like individual support, you can book a free consultation with our team separately.
Not at all. The workshop is open to anyone, anywhere in Canada.
Only if you choose. Cameras and microphones stay off by default, and questions can be typed into the chat. The session is recorded, but only the presenter is captured. Attendees do not appear in the recording and are never audible in it.
Register anyway. The recording goes to everyone who signs up, whether or not you attend live.
Nope! The two sessions cover the same material, so pick whichever night works better.
Free to attend, and the recording comes to you either way.
This workshop is educational, not clinical care. It is not psychotherapy, assessment, diagnosis, or crisis support, and attending does not create a client relationship with Serebro Health.
